The Vanix Solar Sun Tracker is a dual-axis PV tracking system that continuously orients solar panels toward the maximum irradiance point. Unlike fixed-tilt systems, a sun tracker follows the sun from sunrise to sunset — dramatically increasing daily kWh output.
Uses LDR sensors at all four corners to detect sun position and drives precision BLDC gear motors to align the array. A microcontroller continuously compares sensor readings and adjusts axis positioning in real time.
